Vista has a population of about 99,322 and sits in San Diego County. It is about 4.9 miles from Carlsbad, which puts it inside the working radius of nearly every contractor in this network.
The second problem is sudden dry winds that test every lifted edge on the roof. They also drive ember risk, which is why vent screening and Class A assemblies matter more here than the colour of the covering.
The form is the same one on every page of this site, and the cap is the same: no more than three contractors, no cost to you.
Questions
Is this really free?
It is free to you. Contractors pay to receive homeowner requests in their area. That is the entire business model, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise.
Do I have to hire anyone?
Not at all. Plenty of people use this to find out what a job costs and then do nothing for a year. That is a perfectly reasonable outcome.
Find out what it costs
